I usually try to eat healthy every day. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days.
Stress from school and my personal life has taken a toll, and I finally caved. I had a McDonald’s meal for lunch today. A Big Mac meal, no less. What can I say? I’ve been craving one for such a long time now that it really was satisfying to gulf that down. “Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.” Yum yum yum. French fries, and Sprite — no Coke for me, thanks. Of course, I didn’t feel super good after awhile but whatever. It was worth it.
Afterwards I went on a trip to Starbucks to grab a tall vanilla lactose-free latté with Allie (Okay, she came with me to McDonald’s but she only got a coffee. She didn’t cave!). So delicious with lovely conversation.
Dinner? A wings night at Fox. Ten delicious sweet chili wings with a pint of beer and more lovely conversation with friends.
My full belly and I would like to thank this chilly day and ridiculous stress levels for allowing me to indulge in toothsome meals.
